Dr. Ramsey is a licensed psychologist, certified life care planner, and vocational expert who has been engaged in catastrophic injury life care planning and vocational damage assessments regarding workers’ compensation and personal injury litigation since 2011. His training as a scientist-practitioner cultivated his ability to reflect deeply and strategically to communicate effectively, consult with key stakeholders, and solve complex problems. Dr. Ramsey is a healthcare consultant for the largest healthcare system in the United States of America. Dr. Ramsey aims to translate his clinical, methodological, and quantitative expertise to the arena of life care planning and vocational analysis.
Yanin Sanchez, M.S., CRC
Vocational Expert
Ms. Sanchez is a certified rehabilitation counselor who has been engaged in vocational damage assessments regarding personal injury litigation and workers’ compensation since 2011. Her professional background includes over 12 years of experience providing rehabilitation counseling and job placement services for persons with varying physical, behavioral, and developmental disabilities at both the state and federal level. She earned her Masters of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling, is a certified rehabilitation counselor, and a member of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals.
Irmo Marini, Ph.D., CRC, CLCP

Life Care Planner | Vocational Expert
Dr. Marini has been a certified life care planner for more than 20 years and a certified rehabilitation counselor for more than 30 years. He is currently a board member for the Foundation for Life Care Planning Rehabilitation Research and previously served as the chief editor of the Journal of Life Care Planning. Dr. Marini–a seminal figure in the field or rehabilitation–has been lauded with multiple national awards for a distinguished career in life care planning and rehabilitation research. He continues to serve in the role of professor in the School of Rehabilitation at the University of Texas-Rio Grande Valley. Dr. Marini has authored more than 90 peer-reviewed publications, 60 book chapters, and edited 8 books on the topics of life care planning and vocational analysis.
